STEP 1

Aquire Land

We encourage our clients to find their perfect home location first. If you’ve already secured your lot, we’ll walk the site together and determine how to strategically position your home on the lot in order to take advantage of views, sun position, and natural features.

STEP 2

Prepare Your Construction Budget

Bank pre-qualification in combination with a realistic budget will help to determine the size of your home as well as the amenities and finishes that will be accounted for in the home design.

STEP 3

Design & Drafting

We will help your vision become a reality through our customized design services. While other custom builders hire a third party to design and draft plans, our designs and plans are drafted in house. We will meet with you in-person and discuss your personal needs and desires for your home. Then we get to work.

STEP 4

Construction

Watch your home take shape from the ground up. We will stay in constant communication with weekly updates and on-site meetings throughout the project. You can be confident in knowing every piece of your home is tended to with utmost attention and care.
