Big River Homes is more than just a builder, we are a family owned and operated small business that takes pride in serving the community we live in. Big River Homes was founded by Chris Cobos in 2019 after recognizing a need for an alternative to the carbon copy type homes offered by larger builders. By offering one of a kind designs, Big River Homes prioritizes individuality and customization while providing exceptional personal service.

MEET CHRIS

Chris has over twelve years of experience in the residential construction industry in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Having worked with several home builders in the area, Chris has gained expertise in all areas of the construction industry including purchasing, estimating, and construction management. Chris also prides himself in his ability to provide services outside the common mastery of most contractors. As a result of years of academic study, Chris has become skilled in designing and drafting homes from scratch. This specialized skill set allows Chris to be personally involved in every aspect of a project.
